A: Once you have registered a free workspace on HT-Stream, you will find a range of useful help videos that will assist you in how to use HT-Stream. For example, the help videos explain how you can upload your data, apply rule-based models and run analyses. A: By setting up an account on SimuGen’s website you will be able to process any payments, either by credit card using our secure e-commerce system or by bank transfer. If you want to use SimuGen’s online analysis software, such as (i) HT-Stream for your in vitro data analysis, (ii) access our database for gene expression analysis or (iii) run a HepaRG QC analysis, we apply a pay-as-you-go credit system. This credit system allows you to purchase files in bulk using our currency called SimuGen credits. Credits are as low as GBP15 and can be purchased in bulk as pay-as-you-go credit packages.
