Pay-as-you-go credit system
SimuGen applies a straightforward pay-as-you-go credit system. You basically pay for what you need and we deduct the credits based on your usage. You can buy credits through a bank transfer in the GBP, EUR, USD or MYR. Soon you will also be able to use our secure online payment system to buy credits. Credits cost as little as GBP14 per credit depending on the size of your order.

How do credits work?
Credits are SimuGen’s very own currency. Purchase credits and spend them whenever you need them to run an analysis through our software. The credit cost of any analysis depends on data size (e.g. number of exposures) and models you wish to use. Pay-as-you-go credits expire one year from the date of purchase.
How much does an analysis cost?
- To use HT-Stream primarily to store, share and analyse data using your own created models then a small fee of 1 credit is all that's deducted for each new analysis per new exposure.
- It costs an additional 5 credits per inbuilt HT-Stream model you want to use for your analysis.
- SimuGen won’t charge for any re-runs of the same exposure and inbuilt HT-Stream model.
- To quality control your hepaRG® cells: 5 credits per hepaRG® vial
- To check the expression and tox marker correlations of your favourite genes: 1 credit per gene.
